App Stake Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear in capitalised form.

• "App Stake" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the appstake.bet platform and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a valid App Stake account.
• "Platform" — the App Stake website, mobile interface, and all games and services accessible through those channels.
• "Wallet" — the in-platform balance held on behalf of a Player, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits awarded by App Stake under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Real Funds" — the portion of a Player's Wallet balance that consists of deposited money or cleared winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for all transactions on the App Stake Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which App Stake confirms the identity and eligibility of a Player.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an App Stake account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. App Stake uses automated age-checking at registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal entertainment only — not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must not be the holder of any other active App Stake account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Holding duplicate accounts, including accounts created under a different name or payment method, is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment details — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling is illegal. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether your use of App Stake is lawful in your location.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your App Stake login credentials — your phone number, email address, and password. You must not share these details with any other person under any circumstances.

App Stake will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive a request claiming to be from App Stake asking for your password, do not comply and contact support immediately via the live chat on the Platform.

App Stake may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances, subject to applicable law.

If you suspect that your App Stake account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. App Stake is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on App Stake are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your App Stake Wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank. App Stake does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Processing times vary by tier:

• Bronze accounts: standard queue, typically up to 4 hours during business hours.
• Silver accounts: priority queue, typically under 2 hours.
• Gold accounts: fast-track, typically under 1 hour.
• Platinum accounts: near-instant processing.
• Elite accounts: instant processing with no queue.

App Stake reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or where the total lifetime withdrawal amount exceeds Rs 500,000. These checks are routine compliance measures and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The name on the withdrawal destination must match the name registered on the App Stake account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

App Stake offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. The general principles that apply to all bonuses at App Stake are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of your Wallet, not the Real Funds portion, until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before Bonus Funds convert to Real Funds. The specific multiplier (for example 30×) is stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than crash games or slots. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited without refund.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. App Stake reserves the right to remove bonus eligibility in cases of suspected abuse or where a player has self-excluded and subsequently re-registered.
• App Stake may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where technically possible.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

By placing a bet on App Stake you acknowledge that the outcome of games is governed by chance and, in the case of skill games like poker, by the applicable game rules. App Stake does not guarantee any outcome.

All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player unless the specific game rules for that product explicitly provide for a cancellation mechanism — and only within the time window stated by those rules.

App Stake uses certified random number generators (RNG) for applicable games and provably fair cryptographic systems for crash games. The integrity of outcomes is independently verified. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned. App Stake's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per table, and are displayed on the game interface before you place a wager. VIP members may have access to elevated maximum bet limits as a tier benefit.

App Stake reserves the right to void any wager that it reasonably believes was placed in a manner designed to exploit a software error, odds error, or pricing error. Winnings from such bets will not be paid and the relevant stakes will be returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the App Stake Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Money Laundering. Using App Stake to process, conceal, or convert proceeds of crime in any form. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in line with our AML compliance obligations.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players in real-time or pre-arranged ways to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live casino table games.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse. Systematically placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome using promotional funds, or exploiting pricing errors in a structured manner.
• Use of Automated Tools. Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Account Sharing. Allowing another person to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Chargebacks. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider for deposited funds that have been wagered. Chargebacks of this nature will be disputed by App Stake and the account will be suspended immediately.
• Harassment. Abusing or harassing dealers, support staff, or other players through any App Stake communication channel including in-game chat.

8. VIP Club Terms

The App Stake VIP Club operates on an automatic points-based system with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. All registered players are enrolled at the Bronze tier from the date of registration. There is no application required for tiers Bronze through Platinum.

Points are earned on all real-money wagers placed on the Platform. The earn rate per Rs 100 wagered varies by tier. Points are used for two purposes: (a) tier maintenance, calculated on a 30-day rolling basis, and (b) redemption for Bonus Funds at the rate of 100 points = Rs 10 in bonus credit.

Tier downgrades occur when a Player's rolling 30-day points balance falls below the current tier threshold. App Stake provides a two-week grace period at the higher tier before any downgrade takes effect. Tier upgrades are immediate upon crossing the relevant threshold.

The Elite tier is by invitation only. App Stake's VIP team extends Elite invitations at their sole discretion based on sustained activity at the Platinum level. There is no defined points threshold that guarantees an Elite invitation.

App Stake reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, earn rates, and benefits at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected players with reasonable advance notice.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside of the in-Platform redemption system.

9. Responsible Gaming

App Stake takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible in every player's account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you specify reminding you of time and money spent in the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your App Stake account. Self-exclusion requests activate immediately and cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

App Stake is available to players aged 18 and over only. Gambling should be treated as entertainment with a defined, affordable budget — not as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

App Stake may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Duplicate account detected.
• At the request of the player under the self-exclusion mechanism.
• In compliance with any legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance consisting entirely of Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Funds (deposited money not subject to active bonus terms) will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after any required investigation is complete, provided that the player has not engaged in money laundering, fraud, or chargebacks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be processed as a final withdrawal subject to standard KYC checks.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the App Stake Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, video streams, and audio — is the intellectual property of App Stake or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercialise any content from the App Stake Platform without prior written consent from App Stake.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to App Stake become the property of App Stake and may be used freely without compensation to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

App Stake provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that game results will be delivered without latency or interruption in all network conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, App Stake's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

App Stake is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive loss; (b) loss of profits or opportunity; (c) losses arising from a Player's reliance on game outcome predictions or third-party strategies; (d) losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Privacy & Data

App Stake collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your App Stake account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, complying with legal obligations, providing customer support, and improving the Platform. App Stake does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and App Stake servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Financial information is additionally protected and is not stored in its complete form on App Stake systems beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.

14. Amendments to These Terms

App Stake reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Where the changes are material, App Stake will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the App Stake Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your recourse is to close your account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. App Stake recommends checking this page whenever you notice the "Last updated" date has changed.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the App Stake Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which App Stake holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and App Stake, you should contact our support team in the first instance. App Stake commits to addressing complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support escalation within 14 business days, it may be referred to App Stake's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

By accepting these Terms you agree that any legal proceedings must be brought in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction and not in any other forum. Class action and consolidated proceedings against App Stake are not permitted to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
